Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges
Shipping options and rates:
$29.99 and under = $3.50 standard shipping (USPS First Class Mail)
$30.00 - $70 = FREE STANDARD SHIPPING via USPS First Class Mail, 2-5 days (note that the time frame is not guaranteed and free shipping excludes international shipping)
Over $70 = FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING via USPS Priority Mail (domestic orders only), delivered in 2-3 shipping days [observed holidays and Sundays are not shipping days]
EXPEDITED SHIPPING for orders under $70.01 = $7.00 for USPS Priority Shipping (domestic orders only; see below for international shipping to Canada)
Tracking: All packages are shipped with tracking; in the rare case that a package is marked as delivered via the provided tracking service but not received, please contact email@example.com and we will work to initiate an investigation with the delivering post office. Please note that Barn Chic Boutique cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received due to theft or postal office delivery errors.
Shipping fees are non-refundable after the order is processed.
International Shipping to Canada:
$50 and under = $16 standard shipping (USPS First Class International)
Over $50 = $25 standard shipping (USPS First Class International)
*Sales to Canada are final.
Please note that import duties and VAT charges may apply for deliveries outside of the United States. We have no control over these charges and cannot calculate what they might be as customs policies differ widely. The customer is responsible for all import duties/customs charges. Though it is very unusual, refunds for lost packages are not provided, so purchase at your own risk or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about purchasing insurance for your order.
At this time, Barn Chic Boutique only ships to addresses in the United States and Canada, but customers can ship internationally using a service like Ship2Me. Please send us an email upon ordering to let us know that you are using a third party service because these orders are often flagged as fraudulent.
PROCESSING TIME FOR YOUR ORDER
We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround time; most orders are packaged within 1 business day of ordering, and often ship the day of ordering. Should we not be able to process your order within this time frame, you will receive an email with an estimated ship date.

Barn Chic Boutique hopes its customers develop long, happy relationships with each of their Barn Chic purchases! If, however, you determine you are just not that into your new purchase, or wish you had made a different choice, here is Barn Chic Boutique’s return/exchange policy:
If you receive a damaged or defective item or if we ship the wrong item, we will be happy to exchange it for you immediately and will cover your return shipping of the wrong/damaged item(s) along with a discount code for our error.
RETURNS: Barn Chic Boutique clothing that is unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund in the form of original payment (minus original shipping costs). Returns and exchanges are subject to the limits on returns/exchanges below.
EXCHANGES: Barn Chic Boutique clothing that is unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery for another Barn Chic product. Customers will receive a partial refund if they exchange an item for a less expensive item. If customers exchange for a more expensive item, they will receive a credit in the amount of the price of the originally purchased item and will be charged for the difference. Returns and exchanges are subject to the limits on returns/exchanges below.
Limits on Return/Exchanges
* 30 DAYS. No returns or exchanges more than 30 days after delivery.
* In the event that your bank account is closed after making a purchase, Barn Chic will only issue store credit. No refunds will be made by check or to any other accounts.
* Washed or Worn Items: Items returned after tags have been removed or item has been washed, worn, or stained will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
* Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping and handling of returning the item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
* SALE ITEMS, JEWELRY, and SCARVES: We do not accept returns on any marked down sale items (this does not include regularly priced items purchased with a discount code), jewelry, or scarves.
*Sloomb products: Because we are offering deep discounts on Sloomb wool, all Sloomb products are final sale and the typical warranty may not be honored by Sloomb.
*International orders: No returns accepted on international purchases.
Need your exchange faster?
Want to make sure you get your right size or style before it runs out of stock? Not a problem! You can contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will be happy to help you place a new order with your preferred payment method. While you wait for your new item(s) to arrive, please send the item(s) you are wishing to exchange back to us (contact us for the exchange authorization number and address).
Shipping your return/exchange
Please email email@example.com to initiate the return and obtain the return authorization number and mailing address for the return shipment. Send your package back to us using the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please be sure to purchase a tracking number and insurance, as items sent but not received by Barn Chic Boutique will not receive credit for the return. After the return is received by Barn Chic Boutique, you will receive an email notification and your refund is processed immediately.
