ABOUT SEEL RETURN ASSURANCE
Get peace of mind while purchasing final sale items when you add Seel Return Assurance at checkout. You’ll have the option to return eligible final sale items by adding Return Assurance at checkout. Cost is calculated based on all Return Assurance eligible items in your cart. Some exclusions apply (Milton & Goose furniture). The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached. Items must be in sellable condition; any item returned after tags/additional buttons have been removed or item has been washed, worn, stained, has animal hair, any odor, or is otherwise unable to be resold will not be eligible for a refund. Swimwear must have hygenic liners in place. Please carefully inspect your items before applying for a return.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We are unable to offer free shipping on eligible item(s) returned. We will deduct the standard $7.95 return shipping fee for returns valued at less than $100 or $12.95 for returns valued at or above $100 from your refund when processing the return. Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States. Please note that the cost of the Return Assurance is nonrefundable.
