Shipping & Returns

PROCESSING TIME FOR YOUR ORDER

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Please allow a few processing days during the first week of a launch or in the case of a special promotion ("springclean" sale, holiday, year end, and other promos). We ship orders Monday through Friday. 

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Standard shipping packages should arrive 4-8 business days after processing. (Sundays and holidays are not business days for USPS, and all other shipping providers do not count Saturday or Sunday as business days.) We are not responsible for transit delays.

 

We do offer expedited and express shipping - please proceed to checkout to select these options and see rates. 

Shipping time frames are estimates, are not guaranteed, and may be longer around postal holidays. 

Domestic Tracking: All packages are shipped with tracking; in the rare case that a package is marked as delivered via the provided tracking service but not received, please give it through the end of the day. Sometimes the delivery scan happens before the package is actually delivered. If, the following day, you still have not received your package and you have checked with neighbors, please contact your delivering post office. Barn Chic Boutique cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received due to theft or postal office delivery errors. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable after the order is processed. 

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES

Barn Chic Boutique hopes its customers develop long, happy relationships with each of their Barn Chic purchases!  If, however, you determine you are just not that into your new purchase, or wish you had made a different choice, here is Barn Chic Boutique’s return/exchange policy:   

Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping and handling charges of returning the item. If approved, our system will provide a label and a flat rate shipping fee ($7.95 for returns under $100 or $13.95 for returns $100+) will be deducted from the refund/credit. Initial and return shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on the original order, the prorated amount for the item(s) you are returning will be deducted from the refund/credit.

LIMITS ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

*Pre-authorization required (see link below). 

*14 DAYS.  No returns or exchanges more than 14 days after date of purchase.

*Discount codes greater than 10% off, SALE! Collection, Flash Sale, and Marked Down items: Returns are not accepted on items purchased with a code that took more than 10% off at checkout or those in sale collections. All marked down items and Flash Sale/Sale Collection items are FINAL SALE.

*FINAL SALE ITEMS: teething products, pacifiers, socks, tights, hair accessories, hats, booties, stuffed animals, special occasion Noralee dresses and shirts, toys, swaddles/blankets, swimwear, gumboots, undergarments, marked down items, and all products by BIBS USA, Mushie, Pretty Please Teethers, and Noralee are final sale – no refunds or exchanges.

*ALL Noralee special occasion items are not eligible for a refund.

*Pre-sale and pre-order items are final sale.

*Items must be in sellable condition; any item returned after tags/additional buttons have been removed or item has been washed, worn, stained, has animal hair, any odor, or is otherwise unable to be resold will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please carefully inspect your items before returning. Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned and refunds/credits will not be issued.

*Returns $100 or more and/or 3+ items: Returns of $100 and up or returns of 3 or more items are assessed a 15% restocking fee in addition to the shipping label fee.  

 *A 10% cancelation transaction fee applies to all canceled orders. This is to cover the non-refundable transaction costs that retailers are charged upon order confirmation. NO CANCELATIONS ON FINAL SALE ITEMS. 

 *Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Damages

Please carefully inspect your item(s) upon receipt. Any damages need to be reported within 3 days of delivery.
